Frequently Asked Questions

Does PetCare of Duluth income screen?
No, our prices are the same for all clients and we provide services to all dog and cat owners.

Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes. We are no longer a walk-in clinic and all services are by appointment only.

Do I need to bring my pet's medical records?
We suggest that you bring in any information you may have about your pet's medical history.  This makes it
easier for us to know which vaccines are necessary for your pet and which vaccines and products the patient does
well with, or reacts to.  However, if you don't have access to your pet's medical records we will certainly still see
    your pet.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover).  Sorry we no longer accept checks.  We do not set up payment plans; balances must be paid before leaving the clinic. We do not accept CareCredit.

Does PetCare of Duluth do surgery?
We do not do any type of surgery or sedation. For information on low cost spay/neuter check   out http://www.northlandspayneuter.org/
